Mutual release agreements

Often my office is able to negotiate a deal between the landlord and tenant to avoid going through the eviction process. Typically this would come in the form of a mutual release - where each party releases each other of any claims related to the tenancy of the property. Drafting a mutual release as opposed to going through the eviction process can save both parties time and money. If you are involved with a landlord tenant dispute and would like to inquire about a mutual release, contact Attorney Bradford Miller for a free consultation.
