Don't wait to start the eviction process

Don't wait 2 or 3 months before starting the eviction process. Very rarely does a tenant "catch up" on their rent. Act sooner than later because the eviction process takes a while. The longer you wait to call an Attorney, the more rent money you will end up losing.

Bradford Miller Law has been helping landlords with issues like this for several years. Being a Chicago landlord law attorney, we have handled many evictions. Give us a call so we can advise you how to safeguard your assets.
