Chicago rental agreements

City of Chicago Landlords, did you know that at the initial offering, the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance Summary (also known as the “RLTO”) must be attached to every written rental agreement and also upon initial offering for renewal. The Summary must also be given to a tenant at initial offering of an oral agreement, whether the agreement is new or a renewal.
